1. Plants and their attributes
In PvU Legacy, players will have access to a unique and engaging mechanic that revolves around the use of plants, which are the primary tool to produce LE in this game. There are 45 different plants available, each belonging to one of 9 factions:
There are 7 attributes that players should pay attention to when planting their NFT:
Faction:
There are a total of 9 factions: Water, Fire, Electro, Ice, Light, Wind, Metal, Parasite, Dark (plus Omega - will be described further in the Fused Plant section)
LE Harvest:
The base amount of LE produced at each stage before any additional attributes are applied.
Rarity:
There are 3 types of rarity shown on a plant, the higher the rarity, the better the skill/production.
- Plant Rarity: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary.
- Skill Tier: Tier 3, Tier 2, Tier 1.
- Skill Zone Tier: Tier 3, Tier 2, Tier 1.
Synergy:
When a certain number of plants from the same faction are grown together on the same land, they will create synergies.
β’ A normal plant = 1 synergy
β’ A mythic plant = 3 synergies
β’ A mother tree = 3 synergies
Skill:
- Unique to each plant and affects neighboring plants (but not itself).
- Can be stacked together.
Players must have at least 3 synergies of the same faction to activate the plant's skill. When the required synergies are met, all skills of plants in that faction will be activated as follow:
β’ 0-2 synergies of the same faction: no skills activation
β’ 3-5 synergies: skills activated with 100% efficiency
β’ 6-8 synergies: skills activated with 110% efficiency
β’ 9 or more synergies: skill activated with 125% efficiency
Skill Zone:
The area of effect of the skill.
This adds a tactical aspect to the game as players must consider the positioning of their plants to optimize the effects of their skills.
Seasonal adaptation:
How each season will affect the plantβs productivity.
Each plant has a random Seasonal adaptation stats to show how they will perform in 2 Seasons:
Players need to strategize how they place their plants and plan their farming layout to ensure they maximize LE production potential.
The rarity of each plant is alsoa primary factor determining how much LE it will produce. This means that players must closely consider the rarity of their plants to optimize their LE production. By paying close attention to rarity and skill of each plant, players can create a thriving farm that generates a significant amount of LE, which is essential for advancing in the game.
With numerous plants, skills, synergies, and seasonal effects to consider, the PvU team aims to provide endless opportunities for players to experiment and discover various ways to succeed.
